Hello everybody, welcome to November!
As you may have heard, the organisation behind National Novel Writing Month has gone a bit weird, and so many writers will not be supporting it until they sort themselves out. I am amongst their number, but I am too well trained and I have had to figure out what to do with the Pavlovian writing inspiration boost I get with November. Also I have a novel that I want to get written because that is what novel writers do, apparently.
So far, it looks like I will be taking part in the 4theWords Weathercraft Terrarium Special Event, the Heart Breathings Rough Draft Challenge, and the Stygian Society’s The Order of the Written Word. Hopefully, they will fill the gap and help me get a second novel finished. I expect good things from all three of the groups, they’re all about writing, but they each do things a little differently, so it will hopefully have all the bases covered, and I will have my butt kicked into getting things done!
I have also decided to resurrect my Twitch account. I will be doing writing sprints on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. until Noon, so if you are around, please come and hang out on the watchedplotneverboils Twitch channel. Knowing people are out there makes me write faster, I swear!
